Welcome to CTR of Manchester New Hampshire

  • Advent Series: “The Christmas Spirit”

Everyone likes to get into the “Christmas spirit.” What works for you? Eggnog? Cookies? Snow? (cue groans…) This year we want to help you get into the Christmas spirit by looking at some characteristics of the Holy Spirit that tie into our celebration of Advent and Christmas. Love, joy, peace…all of these aspects of the celebration of Christmas are found in Galatians 5 and are facets of God’s gift of the Holy Spirit. So join us at 10:30 each Sunday beginning November 29th and we’ll get into the Christmas Spirit together.
  • Aletheia Women’s Bible Study

Are you looking for a warm community of women from diverse backgrounds who enjoy studying the Bible? If so, you will find a wonderful “home” at Aletheia (pronounced “alaytheea”) Bible study at CTR. This is a warm, inviting group of women who enjoy learning about the gospel through the Bible and sharing their lives together. The group meets approximately every other Friday at 9 a.m. at CTR. Contact Allie Taylor (allieg8or@comcast.net) for details, and we hope to see you there!
  • SNHU Bible study

If you are a SNHU student and would like a place on campus to learn about the Bible in an affirming community, join us for CTR’s Bible study on Wednesday nights at the library (rear conference rooms) at 8 p.m. starting September 9th. Our study this fall, Gospel Identity, helps all of us to come to grips with who we are in God’s eyes and what grace is all about. We hope you can take part!
  • Life Groups at CTR

If you are looking for a place to learn about the Bible in a group of caring adults, please consider joining one of our Life groups. We meet at 10 Candlestick Lane in Sandown and 301 Harrison Street in Manchester on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 7-9 p.m. starting September 15th. This fall we are reading Living without Worry by Tim Lane, a solidly biblical as well as practical study. We hope you can take part in this great community.
  • Pioneer Clubs

    pioneer club LR600
Kids, are you looking for a great place to make friends and have fun? Parents, do you want a safe place for your children to connect and learn positive values? Pioneer Clubs is a weekly gathering of kids in grades 1-8 to share games, snacks, stories, songs and real life skills from caring adults. We meet on Wednesdays from 6:15 – 7:45 here at CTR. Come join us and invite a friend!
  • Fall Veritas Classes

Come join us the first Sunday after Labor Day at 9:15 a.m. for Veritas (from the Latin word for “Truth”), our discipleship classes for all ages. These classes will stimulate your mind and inflame your heart for God. The adult/youth class is a study called “Same Lake, Different Boat”, a look at the Biblical and theological view of disability and how we work that out in the church and society. Children’s classes are offered as well. Come join us and grow in your faith!
  • Conversation Partners at SNHU

Do you want to learn English? Do you want to help others to learn English? Then join us on Tuesdays from 3:45 – 4:45 in the library at Southern New Hampshire University as we engage in informal conversation to help international students with their English. This is a great opportunity for CTR members to show the love of Christ to newcomers to our city!
