Join us at Bear Brook State Park on Saturday, August 20th, from 11 a.m until 6 p.m. We’ll have great food, fun, games, swimming, or simply relaxing under a tree and sharing life together. CTR will provide the meat–just bring some other items to accompany the feast. Also bring any games you want to play and lawn chairs. If you sign up in advance, admission to the park is just $2 per adult and $1 per child. Please contact Allison Foster (email@example.com) to sign up or use the poster at church.
Are you new to this country and/or the Manchester area? Do you have an interest in learning about the Christian faith? Each week at 3:30 at the library of Southern New Hampshire University, there is a Bible study open to anyone who has questions about God and the Bible and who would like to learn more. Even if you are skeptical, this is a great place to bring your questions. Ask for Chris McMillan or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information.
We had an awesome week at Explorer Camp, thanks to many volunteers from Covenant PCA in Birmingham and CTR. Over 60 children came through our doors, learning about God’s creation and the hope of forgiveness through Jesus Christ. For pictures from the week, go to the Church of the Redeemer page on Facebook (many thanks to our photographer, Colleen Magdziarz!). See you next year!
Do you want to learn English? Do you want to help others to learn English? Then join us on Tuesdays from 3:30 – 5:00 in the library at Southern New Hampshire University as we engage in informal conversation to help international students with their English. This is a great opportunity for CTR members to show the love of Christ to newcomers to our city!
